Gentle Yoga Classes combine ability
appropriate Yoga postures,  Stretching,
Breathing exercises, Meditation and
Relaxation to assist you in improving
flexibility and strength, reducing pain and stress,
thereby restoring  balance  and  inner peace.

Classes are accessible to people
of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels.

Supplies will be provided.

I will also provide an environment of
non-competition, ease, safety, and self awareness,
and yes, even fun.  

My hope is that each person leaves every class
with a feeling of renewed energy, relaxed
awareness and accomplishment.
